I delivered a unified, evidence-based redesign of core recruitment journeys—Vacancy Setup, Sifting & Scoring and Interview Booking—creating a modern, accessible and policy-compliant ATS for 50+ government departments. The new service model reduces operational burden, removes offline processes and improves fairness and consistency for millions of candidates. My service blueprints, prototypes and shared design libraries accelerated delivery, aligned cross-disciplinary teams and established a scalable foundation for a future-proof Civil Service recruitment service.
